I want to lose weight, and I know that if I just join a gym, I'll probably get too lazy and not go. There's a place where I live where they have cardio kckboxing. It's $100 a month...is that too much?

1you will lose weight if you do cardio kickboxing.....only if you also make dietary changes. stick to a diet that consists of fish, turkey, chicken, red meat, vegetables except corn and carrots ( a little carrots is fine), berries, nuts, diet cola, diet iced tea, water, and low carb breads and low carb pastas. cheese and cottage cheese is good too. low carb cereals with a little bit of skim milk is fine too. stay away from fried foods, sugar, and high carb foods as much as possible. 100 bucks a month is a little expensive. 70 a month would be more reasonable. good luck!

i just joined a power kickboxing class 2 days ago and i love it. its a lot of fun but you have to work hard at the same time. the place i go to is $49 a month. good luck at it :)
